Eating The Sacred Process


⁣Are you eating when your body is in fight or flight mode? If so, you’re digestive tract is not working the way it’s designed to when eating food, thus it’s going to store more of those calories as fat, than it needs to.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣_⁣⁣ ⁣⁣The ramifications of this aren’t well known since there are few studies of the long term effects of this, however what is well known is that MOST people can’t make it through a meal without checking their phone, thus, it can be imagined that the majority of people are eating while in fight or flight mode.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣_⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Next time you cook or make food, be aware of this and start relaxing as you’re cooking then when you go to eat, chill out and eat slowly, then you will retain maximum energy absorption from your food and not store excess fat.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣_⁣⁣ ⁣⁣When we eat, we must be calm and collected, enjoy the cooking and preparing, and set the phone aside. Try to really be conscious of each bite you take, after all, the DNA in the food you eat, interacts with the DNA in your body.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣_⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Much love everyone⁣⁣
